Frequently Asked Questions
How long is your hire period?
- Generally we hire our items for 48 hours, but we are happy to discuss longer periods if your event is out of town, and particularly for weddings.
What happens if we break something?
- We understand that the occasional accident will happen. We charge a replacement cost, which is listed under our Terms & Conditions on the website.
Who washes the dishes?
- For normal hire periods, we are happy for you to rinse and repack your items. For longer periods, we may ask you to hand wash items before returning them, to prevent staining and smell!
Can I come and chose my items?
- Sure! We are open by appointment, and are more than happy for you to come have a look, or select items from out collection.
Do you deliver?
- Yes we do. Delivery cost is based on kilometres and time to travel.
What numbers can you cater for?
- From tea for two... right through to a wedding or larger function for 150.
